Focusing on Our Resolutions - Here's How We're Acing It

Happy 2022! January really is the best month; with the holidays behind us and fresh starts ahead, it’s time to achieve your potential.
We've been thinking (or, uh, Googling) about how to turn our dreams into action, and distilled it to this essence: whatever our resolutions may be, there's ONE fundamental ingredient for success — FOCUS. Focus helps us maintain good habits, develop better awareness of our abilities, and achieve the best results in health, work and everything else we’re setting out to optimize this year.
Here’s how to achieve focus and start improving your life right now.
1. Plan: Make to-do lists.
At the end of the day, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing your to-do list completed. Even if you have uncompleted tasks, you’ll be ready to tackle it tomorrow. Prioritizing isn’t a must; studies show that focusing on one task at a time boosts cognitive function; and, remember, “done is better than perfect.”
