Our drinks swap out white sugar for zero-calorie sugar substitutes. Chi Forest sparkling water is sweetened with erythritol and sucralose. Sucralose is made by processing sugar molecules and is calorie-free. Erythritol is made by fermenting corn, and we make sure it's from a non-GMO source.
